Located minutes from beautiful historic Oak Park, Central Plaza offers psychiatric care in an urban environment for adults who require assistance in meeting the challenges of daily life.

An inter-disciplinary team works for residents and their families to develop a clinically appropriate Plan of Care that is unique to each resident. This plan is carefully monitored and administered by our interdisciplinary staff including psychiatrists who are chosen by the resident.
